so alot has been going on at work and school and party planning ive fell off so bad ive lost motivation idk why maybe it has something to do with the time of the month...(females know)or stress yea idk lml ill jog a mile tomorrow and do some core workouts and try that for a week and see how i do...any tips on motivation…

okay guys so here's my update i worked out Wednesday Thursday and Friday but not Saturday and Sunday due to family and work schedule and those past two days i haven't ate the healthiest :/ i didn't go over board but i was a wendys pick 4 away lmao i actually miss working out and i start back tomorrow i miss sweating pools…
