This is my usual overnight oats mix: 40g oats 10g almonds 10g chia seed 10g goji berry, linseed, sunflower and pumpkin seed mix 5g dried cranberries 10g maca or cacao powder 250ml milk (dairy or alternative type) 1 banana cinnamon and nutmeg

I like the app because when it is used properly , the goal of weight (body fat) loss will come. At least in my case.
