Hi there, I don't think this is the place where your problem could be solved. your subscription can be cancelled through App store if you are Android user. Simply open Google account on top right when App store app is open and select payments and subscription menu. Don't have an idea about the refund though. I guess iPhone…

If you are Android user then open App store, open your Google account (avatar/icon on top right) and select payments and subscription. You can cancel it there. I guess iPhone has it in same way.

Have you tried the most common IT solution for sorting out the problems? To restart your phone? I had a similar issue, not having premium features available and after restart I had my premium features back 😉

I don't know if it works the same way like but when my steps don't match with my Garmin watch, I open Garmin app on the phone and sync the Garmin stuff first and then refresh MFP. And correct number of steps is there 👍
