Hello, I am new to MyFitnessPal but not new to the fitness world, well, parts of it anyways. I’ve been off and on, always. I’ve given birth to 3 handsome boys and have achieved losing weight all three times. Now, I’m on a journey for muscle gain before my 30th birthday in September! I’ve currently been doing a bulking phase which will be ending July 22nd with a cutting phase to follow after the maintenance period. I started out at 106lbs, underweight and very weak, I’m now sitting at 130lbs and hoping to make it to 136/138lbs before I cut back to 125lbs. Just wanted to stop in, say hello and that MyFitnessPal is pretty cool!
