Remember when scanning in food was free... anyways, I suffered a particularly bad injury late 2022. Two weeks ago, I found out I can do leg and back exercises again without pain. During recovery I began eating more treat food, like a lot, causing me to gain a lot of weight (which lowered my self-esteem and maybe caused mild depression). I intend to get back to my healthy eating habits and develop a healthy exercise routine again. I imagine it won't be easy after months of binge-watching K-dramas, guzzling wine, and ordering Uber Eats about 4 nights a week. I am a week into my new routine, and I already feel so much better. My name is Misty by the way, nice to meet you! I hope we can all reach our own goals and find the emotional support that this great community can offer.
