Thanks for the support and encouragement. Maybe it is mindset... As hard as work at it, I was hoping to see more improvement, especially on the scale, but I am still hopeful that it will come in time.

I have found that a dynamic warm up with walking lunges, elbow to instep lunges, side lunges and zombie kicks have helped loosen my hip flexors and aid in my run and recovery more than static stretches. Might be worth a try.

Congrats on the weight you have lost and the improvement!! Sometimes i think it easiest to start with small, daily goals like add a small amount of time with each burst or maybe total work out time or distance. Every little goal you can acheive sets you up for success on the next goal. Keep up the good work.

Try not to rely on the scale as much as other indicators. Do you have a positive change in energy? Can you walk faster\further \or for a longer amount of time before getting tired? Are your clothes fitting the same? Sometimes the scale stalls even when you are moving in the right direction. Keep tracking and things will…
