  • Carbs aren't bad at all. Since she has specific carb craving, I suggested what helped me.
  • Eat carbs for breakfast. Have good carbs like quinoa and oats. Make sure you have them in breakfast everyday. Lunch - reduce carb intake. Make is lower. Dinner - no carbs. Start slow.   • I make my own sugar free protein, dates, oatmeal bars and make em chewy with dried cranberries etc. When the sugar munchies strike, I take a small bar and coz it's chewy it takes time and I am both tired and satiated. It works for me.
  • I am like you when it comes to drinking with pals. I stick with grilled vegetables and fruits with drinks and I keep eating while drinking. It helps the next day on the scale.
