Do you know how the results differ? Are the results not quite as crispy? I could imagine them having a different flavor.

What's your body fat percentage? It's possible that your excess weight may be mostly muscle and you definitely do not want to lose that.

I do IF and skip breakfast every morning. Sometimes I eat breakfast foods for lunch though.
