Not sure if this has been covered, but I set a goal for each day like: work out for 1hr, eat according to meal plan,log food diary etc. Failure to meet any of these goals means I have to put a certain amount of money in a jar. Not sure if you've tried this, but I find I can bloat up 6-8lbs in a week with a distended lower abdomen (like pregnant) when I eat anything with wheats (not gluten that's different). Wheats are in so many things :(
