4'7 and 229lbs size 20 jeans but they are getting baggy :)

I'm 35 years old 229.4lbs and I'm only 4'7. I would like to lose 100 lbs. Doc told me I am pre diabetic and it scared me along with the possibility of needing another back surgery. Been back on mfp since 07/01 of this year and so far I'm down 12.4 lbs. It would be great to have some friends with the same goals.

Thanks everyone. I'm trying to make small changes. I usually do pretty good during the day. Evenings are the worst. I've heard that eating chia seeds helps with regulating blood sugar. Anyone know if it is true?

Forgot to mention that I am a night owl and nights are the worst for me as far as eating. Also, I just lost my brother in April and have been battling depression and "eating my feelings" so to speak.

I *try* not to keep those things in the house around that time especially. Sometimes frozen blueberries help, other times not so much.
