  • For me, I am mindful of what I am eating, but more so about calories. For example, I don't track macros of what I am eating, but I am mindful of trying to balance fat, protein, and carbs. I track calories to lose.
  • Last night I had some black bananas :D I made smoothies out of them... two bananas, about 2tbsp of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a cup of frozen strawberries... it was delicious!
  • medium iced coffee with soy milk. Their soy milk is vanilla. I asked them (for logging purposes) how much they add.. they said about 2oz milk. When I log with MFP, it says 35CAL. It's absolutely amazing!
  • English black tea from Starbucks is good. Celestial Seasonings are good. At night, I like to have a cup of Lipton hot tea. I'll add a honey packet and some cinnamon.
  • breakfast: 1 serving of cereal - organic aldi brand, cheerios OR an egg, two slices of turkey bacon, whole grain waffle, and fruit lunch: boneless skinless chicken (4oz) with brown rice and veggies. dinner: chicken salad with romaine, mozz, yogurt ranch dressing, and herbs
