The doctor says I'm 5'4" but I've always said I was 5'5". It depends which way you round that last half inch. I've lost over 50lb since May by choosing to eat A or B rather than A and B with C for dessert. I hit my first target before Christmas and now I plan to spend 2017 drifting down to a dress size that I can easily…

Anyone who wants to friend me can do but if you want to not know the calories in Terry's All Gold then you better not be looking in my diary. My son gave me all the ones he doesn't like from the box he had at Christmas.

I've lost three stone so far and I'm not that far off my first target. When I was 16 stone a six stone loss was too big a figure for me to think about so I broke it up a bit. I told myself that I'd first aim to be merely overweight and then after that I'd aim for half a stone at a time and stop when I'd had enough.

Anyone can add me. I'm 5' 5" SW 228 (May), CW 211, GW 176ish. I have no idea what weight to aim at because during the one period in my life when I was fit and lean I didn't own any scales. 176 is 12 and a half stone so it's a nice round number to start with. I started having trouble with my knee and found myself avoiding…

You can add me if you like. I'm 53 and aiming for 48lb. I've lost 16 of them so far (MFP doesn't know about the first four) or rather I had lost 16lb at the start of this week. I am on the last day of my holidays and due to return home to the scales tomorrow.

I'll add you too - I am a saddo with no friends...

I'm 53. My name choice makes me look like an underachiever because I am already fitterbyfiftythreeandahalf.
