2 days does just seem very little. My plan was to not increase reps throughout the week so I wouldn't be pushing faster through the plan, just doing an extra day.

You're all wrong. Freeze a Mars bar then cut it into thin strips. Slice a banana in half lengthways and layer the Mars strips on one side. Put banana back together and wrap the whole thing in tin foil. Throw on the BBQ. Eat with ice cream. You will never be potassium deficient again!

I thought the only real weight loss benefit of celery is that it takes nearly as many calories to eat as it contains. If you're juicing it then you don't even get that benefit!

Frozen veg is excellent, cheaper than fresh and no difference in nutritional value, plus they keep for longer! Frozen meat also, same thing. It's more frozen ready meals that are the issue as they are usually high calorie and low nutritional value.

I'm back! Sorry it's been a while, I've been on holiday where I managed to gain a bit of weight, not a lot it wiped out a week. So: Weight - 101.7 - 1.1kg down Arm - 16inches - no change Waist - 34inches - 2 inches down Bum and thighs - 50 inches - 1inch down, finally!

Also cutting gluten won't help you lose weight, coeliacs actually have trouble gaining weight because their colon doesn't absorb nutrients.

I'm going to agree with getting a blood test to discover if you are actually coeliac, cutting gluten is a complete pain to do if you don't need to. Eat as normal until the blood test.

Overnight oats will last two or three days, they are amazing, and what I used to eat for breakfast. Still make them for the kidlet.

Try bulk cooking food instead. I'm single and it works out a lot easier, and cheaper.

Id say start by buying local, go to farmers markets as much as possible. You're supporting small scale farmers and reducing the carbon footprint of your food.

I tried it and found it unsustainable and had the runs constantly! But, I invented the best raw vegan Thai green curry, using courgette spaghetti for the noodles and then blending mango pulp with the usual green curry spices to make the sauce and I'm not going to lie, it was the best meal ever!

I don't understand why you'd need to delete it, it resets every day and usually only shows the foods you search for most often so over time the "suggested" foods will change to what you currently eat.

I weigh daily and chart in Libra, gives me a better feel for trends. If I only weighed once a week I might only see all the high weights or all the low weights which could make me think I needed to up or down my calories when in fact I'm trending down at a good rate.

Nah it's fine, although 4 litres might be overkill, purely from a dental and caffeine point I'd view. But it wont effect weight loss, if anything it can be an aid as caffeine will help to suppress the appetite and the sweetness can help with cravings.

In what situation would you use coconut oil instead of mayo? I can't think of a single time that that would be a good idea. Honestly, except in baking I can't imagine why you would ever use coconut oil, and then only because I like the taste of coconut.

Given the traffic, it would be quicker for me to bike than car to work, it almost quicker to walk than car. Although I actually get the bus, as I also don't have a car, it would be really quite unnecessary.
