I'm losing at a steady rate of two pounds a week, I'm over 200 pounds so this is OK, eating what I want, including chocolate and ice cream.

Pretty much everything you put in your mouth will cause some tooth decay, which is why good oral hygiene is important. Diet soda is no worse than anything else, except water.
-
Oh I do this purposefully, I eat a little less during the weekend so I can eat a little more on a weekend. If it works I don't see what the issue is.
-
None, I drink black coffee and diet soda, which, incidentally, has no dangerous chemicals in it.
-
But if you're eating foods in their most natural form then you'd be eating them raw. Or is processing ok so long as you're the one doing it?
-
Commando, but I work out at home so it really doesn't matter. My pants are always up my *kitten* at the best of times, I should probably just invest in thongs tbh.
-
So raw then?
-
Calories are calories, but calorie dense junk food is not going to keep you very satiated. I still eat junk, but I fill up on nutrient dense foods and allot junk around that.
-
It takes serious commitment ;)

To get under 100kg, should hit it in the next two weeks.

What everyone else said, whichever you find works with your lifestyle, and there are many other fasting "diets" you can use. I use 23:1 personally, it fits my lifestyle. Of course it may be that fasting diets don't work for you at all, I which case neither!

I was away for a week, gained a kilo, lost it again two days later. Pretty sure that was just water weight. Like you, I'd done loads of walking and spent hours in the pool everyday.
-
I did the raw vegan thing and lost weight. But felt like crap all the time, was never off the toilet and found it very unsustainable. Besides, it's very expensive to eat that much fruit when you live in the UK and mangoes are starting at £1 each.
-
Sounds like caffeine withdrawal, or simply just not eating enough. Either of those give me headache. And Fanta but I'm assuming that's not the issue here!
-
Pop tarts. Although I only eat breakfast once a week so I'm totally having smores pop tarts! Today I had a burger sliced in half with plastic cheese in the middle. Don't know why, the burger has been calling to me for days.
-
If I eat lentils two days in a row I get painful gas. One day I'm fine, two days and I'm crying.
-
Not often, but that's not a weight loss thing, I never ate out that often before I started losing weight. When I do I bank calories in advance so I don't have to worry overmuch.
-
You don't need to use greens if you don't want to.
-
I'm adding that to the endless list of reasons to never try it.
-
So this is what £200 a month for all the appointments plus £60 a week for the food? Yeah I wouldn't pay that! Plus what are you all going to do when you hit your goal weight? Do you know how to eat a proper balanced diet?
-
But it has to be said that I use smoothies to up my veg and protein intake.
-
My favourite at the moment is: Greens (spinach, kale, rocket, whatever I have) Celery or cucumber or both Avocado Chocolate protein powder Mixed with water.
-
Or, one banana and one egg. Boom. Although can you have bananas on keto?
-
Never and none, I usually bank calories in advance.
-
I don't, but I could easily eat eggs every day... Mmm eggs.
-
Eating makes me feel all heavy and gross, I ha e far more energy and clarity during the day now I don't eat then.
-
I used to be a couple of hundred under, these days I eat closer to my allowance and sometimes over. I keep a log each week of the extra deficit so I know if I can go over on certain days
-
I love out adverts. That's one of the better ones!
-
Me too, I was trained by Burtons in NZ and nothing in the UK comes close, seriously people just can't make coffee in this country!
-
I appreciate that rest is an integral part of strength training, but I don't feel my muscles require six days of resting, they'd still be getting four days. Also, frankly, I'm finding it harder to stick to something I only do two days a week. I can always cut back later if I feel it's getting too much.
