So you do you normal TDEE and are loosing weight? Im for example my TDEE is 1892 - so it's telling me to cut to 1392 per day to loose weight. So rather than do that I just stick with my TDEE of 1892 and I will still loose? Thanks!

I'm so glad you ladies are here! I'm 7months PP with my EBF second son. I was also wondering how low I can cut my calories before I start affecting my milk supply. I'm currently doing 1750 daily and have almost lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks! I'm happy to be loosing but I don't want to lower my milk either!

Hello! I will be 30 in December. I have 2 sons (7 months and 3y.o in October). I am hoping to drop 40lbs before heading back to work in November! (On maternity leave). I also want my 30's to be fit and fabulous!
