I just bought the Weight Guru at Target. It syncs with Fitbit which syncs with MFP. I bought the bluetooth one so you have to have the app open near the scale for it to sync. Just get back on. Brush it off and continue on your plan. Don't let one day derail you. If it helps I bank calories for a higher calorie day once a week. I'm indulging in the Starbucks double shot coffee & protien at the moment. It's 200 calories for the vanilla but it contaings 20g of protien so I look at it as coffee & protien shake:)

I had a Fitbit Aria and I liked it ok except you couldn’t move it or your weight would be off. It died and I bought a weight guru at Target. It seems to work ok for the price.
