So silly to take a photo and suggest she is overweight due to cupcakes. She is a model pure and simple. Does she eat more than she burns ummm yeah. But cupcakes, surely you can't think a model in a picture eats what she is portraying in a photo op? I'd model dog poo if it paid enough. Doesn't mean I'd eat it!

The picture source is poo. But TO ME it's a photo op so she's holding 2 cupcakes showing cupcakes in general and in moderation are ok. But she's only holding one up high like one cupcake is moderation. Thats what I get from this pic. Side note I hate cupcakes so maybe I look at it as who would even eat 2:)?

It's not necessary but if I were you I'd get up early and go for at least a 30 min walk just to clear my head. Put your stats in Mfp and log your food stay at your calorie goal. In a few weeks you will learn what foods will help keep you satiated and what foods or worth eating on occasionally.

If you eat under 1000 calories mfp will not generate a feed because vlc diets are discouraged. Recommendations are to eat 1200 calories to meet all your nutrition needs.

Any one that puts you in a calorie deficit will work for weight loss. BUT more importantly you should find a sustainable way of eating so that you can maintain your weight loss. For me that is just counting calories, paying attention to an overall nutritious diet and not restricting anything.

Yeah I mean it could be weight loss I have no clue. Shoe sizes vary but I'm consistently a 7.5 now it's so weird!

What do you mean by "something else"? A calorie deficit is needed to lose weight. IF can be used to help control appetite for some and help them stay within a calorie deficit or calorie goal.

Just for the record for 30+ years I have from time to time asked does this make me look fat or my butt look too big. He always answers with "his" truth. Sometimes it was a yes and others it was a no. I appreciated him being honest. BUT if it was an outfit I really really liked I would not ask incase the answer was yes lol.
