Feel free to add me as well. I'm down 37lbs since July 1 and have 10-15 pounds more to lose. Having others to keep you motivated is sure helpful, especially when you are feeling like you'd rather lay on the couch next to your trusty friend "Doritos" than go for a walk!

So true. I was at a wedding yesterday, and one of my cousins I haven't seen in a couple of years commented that I never seem to age. I bet 2 months ago she would have thought otherwise. I feel like I am overflowing with confidence. It's great!

I've been doing an IF plan since July 1. As of today I am down 37 pounds, I will be off my blood pressure meds soon, I am stronger with more endurance, and I feel great! Since I am a teacher, it works out nice for me to eat all my calories between 4pm and 8pm.

Good question- I've been wondering this exact same thing. To me, there is already a caloric surplus if we are carrying body fat. I await responses...
