Hey My diary is open and I'm hitting 100g a day. My protein rich foods are Nutritional yeast Hemp seeds Home made Hommous Protein powder Tofu Pumpkin seeds Chickpeas These are the foods I use to pump up my meals.

I'm a 1200 day + exercise vegan. I'm only on day 5 here but have been vegan 3 years. It's taken some tweaking to hit my protein without blowing out calories but it's working.

I'm vegan and get most of my protein through nutritional yeast, Hommous, hemp seeds and tofu. Maybe some options if you're sick of meat ?
