  • My daily report: I went over my calorie goal by 81 calories but I'm not too concerned. I ate pretty healthily all day (other than my crackers and chips) and then I was craving some ice cream. I've been good despite my not logging so don't be fooled! Was gonna go to the gym today, but it totally didn't happen. But I did a…
  • I'm on Tri-Sprintec.

  • You sound like my parents mixed into one person :) My mother is very much attached to Gaia, even named her dog Gaia :) Her two balances are Gaia and Hecate. My father is very sensitive to energy and can see the auras of others.
  • I'm on Celexa and birth control (Tri-Sprintec). The Celexa has worked for several years now but now that I'm getting older, the triggers are getting stronger and sometimes the Celexa isn't enough. Try Valerian Root. It's a natural relaxant and I personally use it to help me sleep when my mind won't stop running. Like an…
  • Okay, so we have a decent amount of people on here. How do we want to go about doing this? Challenges? Recipes?
  • LOL Ducks are vicious :) Quack quack!
  • Sounds like you have what I had!
  • I'm willing to bet working at a daycare will burn a lot of calories. I'm definitely counting my time at the shelter today as exercise! Haha.
  • PPD! We have those as well, celestialwolf. I have so much fun at them! :)
  • Thanks for the well wishes. I'm still laying in bed looking like a heartbroken preteen with a box of tissues. All I need now is the Ben&Jerry's and a chick flick ;) I pop Vitamin C every morning to help with the absorption of my iron supplement, so I don't get as sick as I used to. But my immune system is so compromised…
  • Oh Salem.. Great place to visit and be touristy, but right now there's so much drama going on there among the Pagan/Wiccan community, that it's best to just stay away to be honest. Maybe soon we can all live in harmony and not have the media drooling over us, yes?
  • I am from Massachusetts, and I began studying right in the heart of the witchcraft community in Salem, Massachusetts. Plenty of festivals and open circles and other such stuff. Sometimes bordering on touristy and obsessive.
  • Hello and welcome to the group! I suffer from depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and mild agoraphobia. I am medicated for the anxiety, but not for anything else. I find that exercise and dieting helps with me :) Feel free to add me!
  • I didn't see the Swedish film, but I read the first and second book (out of sequence because that's how I roll). I liked the movie, but I felt like some things were exaggerated in the film that were barely touched upon in the book. Also some things were left out of the movie that played a big role in the book. Overall it…
  • Back to school for me today as well! I think I'm coming down with a cold though. This should be fun, lol.
  • Cheers Twilight! :) I didn't do anything yesterday, haha. I did OKAY food-wise, but I didn't complete my diary and didn't go to the gym. Didn't drink a lot of water.. You know the drill. Back on it today. And I don't feel bad because I've been pretty good lately. Trying to get that last few pounds to go away. I'm so close…
  • Thanks for the congrats! Dare2Believe- I agree with the crafts. In a way, I'm following some things that my mother has done. She is also a high priestess and was teaching a children's group through a church. Is anyone familiar with CUUPS? If so, that's what she worked through. As for the whole Harry Potter, etc. crap, I…

  • Not at all!! Happy to see you back, girl!
  • Hi Alix! Wow, seems like you have a lot on your plate right now. I think you're crazy, but for reasons completely unrelated to your mental health! :) This is a great site, and also I really like this group in particular because we can be completely open about things that we may otherwise keep bottled up. Good luck!
  • I completed my food diary today and did about 30 minutes of exercise between the stairmaster and the bike. Weighing in tomorrow and doing measurements. How's everyone's week thus far?
  • I think you may have just become my twin. I was 120-125 since I hit puberty, up until my senior year of high school. I was probably about 130 when I graduated, and then was 140-145 my freshman year of college. I'm back down to 128-129. Feel free to add me! :)
  • I have heard of PMDD and always sort of figured that I had it. However, would that also explain the moods when I'm not nearing or on my period?

  • .. he began to live in his own little fantasy world
  • *Falls to knees* NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
  • He was a pretty fat unicorn..
  • Not a problem! I keep track of everything I'm involved in :) Mine isn't genetic, because no one in my family is hypoglycemic, that I know of. However, there is a history of diabetes in my family so I'm at high risk, especially because of the hypoglycemia. I have a schedule that was set primarily by my mom as I was growing…
  • I completed my food diary, although I went over a little bit today. Did pilates for 40 minutes.
  • Normally if I know I'm gonna be hungry during my workout, I bring sports drinks like Gatorade/Powerade or stuff like that. Otherwise, do trial and error with protein bars and such like PureProtein or ZonePerfect, stuff like that. They're filling and fabulous for exercise and fat burning. Sorry for the delay in response!…
  • Hi there! Feel free to add me! I have a support group as well if you're interested :)
  • Guys are great with that kind of stuff. Even though they really don't care most of the time, they listen and they don't try to give you advice on what you should or shouldn't do. And then they either make you laugh by making a joke about it, or they just hug you.
