Hi! Feel free to add me! I am a week and a half shy of graduating from college, and I have put on more than my fair share of weight over the last year or so. I am also in the Boston area, on the north shore!

You can feel free to add me! I have been an on-again off-again user, but I have newfound motivation :) Been going for about 2 weeks now and finally starting to get into positive and healthy choices. The more activity I have going on on my feed, the better!

I'm Heather! I'm a "returner." When I first started on MFP, I lost 30lbs! And then ate it all back and then some. I'm back on track and need all the butt-kick I can get! Feel free to add me!

I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was a child and unfortunately, it's one of those things that exercise WILL help, but you have to start slow. Believe it or not, weight bearing exercises and strength training are the best things! They strengthen the muscles in your body, which benefits people who have joint or…

Feel free to add me as well!

This is pretty much like reading my mind. I've been going at this since 2011, fell off for over a year and now I have this newfound motivation. Feel free to add me! :D

Anyone here can add me as well :D

Everyone here can also feel free to add me! I'm a 21 year old nursing student in Massachusetts, US.

I agree! It is so hard to eat healthy both when in classes as well as on the floors. Cafeteria food isn't exactly the best choice :) If you have access to a fridge or a good lunchbox, pack some cold cuts or fruits or something that will give you enough protein and calories to get you through the day. Drink water any time…

Hi guys! :) I am not bipolar, but I have major depressive disorder and panic anxiety. Feel free to add me as well :)
-
I'm a senior, nursing major here :)
-
My goals are to lose 25lbs and be ready to run an obstacle 5k by May. I graduate May 17th from college (yay!) and I want to feel a lot better than I do right now.
-
Feel free to add me as well! I've been on MFP for 2 years this month and lost a ton of weight, only to gain it back (because of no one but myself). I'm back and need support as well! We can keep each other accountable!
-
Feel free to add me! I could use the motivation myself, and have been in a slump for much longer than 3 weeks :) But I am slowly working my way out and am finally seeing the scale go in the right direction!
-
Add me as well! I definitely need the support on my end too :)
-
Welcome from MA! :)
-
I know how to start a group, but obviously I'm in no shape to be a leader right now :) But y'all add me as friends and we can start a group!
-
I'd like to get people who are gonna be serious about it. I had a few serious people for a while but I think life just got in the way for a lot of us.
-
I am the same way. I have no problem being a motivator, but I have a hard time "practicing what I preach" if you wil.
-
And by this, I mean a group-group. I have a decent support system on my feeds, but I need challenges, check-ins, the works.
-
I totally forgot to do the new challenges, so I'll keep this up another week.
-
I remember how excited I was to be back in the 130s again. But I know how you feel. Feel free to message me to talk! Also, perhaps you should look into getting medicated?
-
Ha, C.O.P.P., I like that! I'll have to use that sometime, as I am as well :) We have quite a bit in common!
-
My father created the Grey School of Wizardry website :) Oberon Zell lives out in my area, and my teachers are pretty close with him. It's really quite interesting!
-
Okay, so I've been trying to keep up with everything plus do school work and it's coming up on finals and omg! haha.
-
Wish you lived closer! I'm part of a great group and we do classes and stuff. This is the website that my dad runs: http://newenglandwitchesalliance.org/ and this is the website that my group runs: http://www.prancethewitchespath.org/ Feel free to take a gander :)
-
Of course not! :)

I have "atypical Rheumatoid" but they tested me for Osteoarthritis. It's pretty awful. It's more about limiting yourself when you have pain and deciding what is best for you and when. <3

I hear ya, girl! I've developed this infection in my armpit (hoping that's all it is anyway) and haven't been up to doing too much of anything. I've gotten myself some snacks that are tasty and low in calories, etc. so that I don't get the hunger horrors :)
