I recently put on a lot of weight from stress eating during grad school, and I'm trying to drop my weight back to a healthy range. I picked up running again (on C25K week 4!) since I moved to Boston, where running is a way of life. I also want to get back to dancing on a regular schedule. Looking for friends and support on this site!
