I'm still trying to find some good low-carb foods. My father and I are trying to go low-carb, and he just got some bread that's whole grain. We try to eat more chicken and beef during dinner instead of pork and ham in order to keep away from the carbs and fats.

Hello! I struggle primarily with social anxiety and depression, and possible bipolar (I simply haven't pursued it). So I can relate, particularly with the whole getting out of bed thing. Okay, so my report so far. I've been eating more protein, but haven't been meeting my goal. As for my routine, I plan on making a real routine, preferably one with the workouts recommended for my race in August. For non-exercise related wellness stuff, I've been taking in more fruits.

Awesome!! I totally don't blame you. I was so excited about getting a 100% on my asepsis quiz that I honestly did a little dance. Really easy stuff, but like you said, any 100% matters :)

Yesterday's daily report. Totally forgot! Was under my calories by 130-something. I was pretty impressed considering I didn't even eat lunch. Glad I had a bagel yesterday morning! Didn't go to the gym but I did my walking. Going to the gym today!

AzureGreen is such a great website for stuff like that. My mother's boyfriend orders stuff through it as well as sells stuff through them, so he gets a lot of stuff wholesale. They have beautiful stuff!

Was under my calorie goal today by 19 when I factored in my walk to and from work. Didn't go to the gym, but walked. Back to the gym next week once things settle down from my schedule.
