  • There's not a lot you can do. Fitbit has its own calories calculations which will give you a number in Fitbit. Myfitnesspal has its own calculations based on the parameters you enter.   • Just be careful when buying off eBay. Polar might not provide warranty coverage.
  • Another vote for the Fitbit One. It only counts steps, not arm movements.
  • Is Fitbit set as your step source? On the web it's under Apps>Steps. On the app it's under More>Steps. That might be why you're not seeing it. For me it shows up as soon as I sync my tracker in the Fitbit app or when I have my computer at home on (and I'm at home too, of course).
