Thanks for all replies. They actually told me without me even asking that you burn 600 calories by donating. I don't know the details regarding how long a time period it is over. All I know is that I had a guilt free biscuit and it was lovely.

I think that there will always be things I want to tweak and improve with my fitness and goals. But, in terms of weight loss I think I need to be mindful of the fact I am at a healthy weight range.

This is interesting, most of you try to stick pretty close to target. I think I am too strict and normally stay about 250 under. I think maybe I should allow myself a few little extras to get closer to my allowance

I also definitely think this could be a factor. Info try and limit my intake...I eat about 1500 when I should really be eating about 1700. I think this post has given me something to think about!!

I definitely ate more fat in my cheat day. I enjoyed spicy meats and cheese. That has given me something to think about...thank you

I appreciate all the posts that have been sent to me. I have increased my calorie intake a little. It's only been a couple of days but I do feel that I have a bit more energy, which will hopefully mean I can hit it a little harder in the gym.

If you are using mfp to calculate how many calorie you have burned general opinion is that it is not accurate and over estimates it. For me, I tend to log a small amount of exercise. I generally log that I have done 45 minutes when actually I do nearer 1 hour. That way it allows me a few extra calories on training day that…

Sorry, should have made myself clear. It's not the lack of weight loss that is bothering me. It's the fact that my measurements are no longer decreasing. My waist and thigh measurements are the same as they were at xmas. I had hoped that a combination of heavy weights and cardio would have helped me.

I went from about 154lbs to 130lbs but that was about 3 years ago and I hired a personal trainer. I went on my own last year and have plateaued....but I wonder if it is because I no longer need to be eating in such a big deficit. I am so interested to follow this thread as I could have written it myself. You look exactly like me...and my calorie intake is approx 1585, although I am consuming about 1400 per day. This week I have adjusted my macros, increased protien and fat and dropped carbs...carbs @ 30, protien and fat @ 35. I am interested to see…
