Me too. I was gutted when I looked last night and it said I had no calories left. In closer inspection it had added multiple items twice...allowing me my evening biscuit 😂

My Fitbit has not synced since Monday. A bit annoying, hope they resolve the issue

Are you trying to lose weight? Well I use my Fitbit as a rough guidance to my daily calorie burn. I burn on average about 2000 calories per day, I try and eat about 1400-1500. I do wonder if the deficit is too large. My weight is 120lb Height is 5ft 4 I am not overweight, so maybe the calorie deficit is too great ???

No I have never been able to pin point any foods that help or hinder me. I do wonder if I am too restrictive. Sometimes if I chill out a bit on a Saturday night and have a good meal along with a drink or 2 I notice that on a Sunday morning I have no tummy issues. That is really kind of you. Race is May 11th, holiday is July 27tj. I am thinking that it may be possible to hit the weights hard after the race and maybe have time to add a bit of definition

Maybe allow yourself sweets into your plan, add them in as a late snack so it gives you something to look forward to in the evening. I have heard of people cutting up a chocolate bar and freezing it in small pieces. A small bit of frozen chocolate can last a bit longer than a piece that is melting

Yep my calorie burn, according to my fit bit is approx 70-80 Cals for 45 mins. Doesn’t even cover my pre workout banana 😂. But I do it because I enjoy lifting and trust that the process will get me to my goals

I set it to lose the minimum amount, 0.2 per week which gave me 1400 Cals per day. I am not overweight, I weigh 124lbs at 5ft4. I am just trying to reduce my bf% and I thought the best way of doing that was to follow a lifting programme. The lifting program has left me feeling more fatigued than my previous cardio workouts…

I know deep down that I look larger in the mirror than the scale weight suggests. I keep thinking that if I lose just 1-2lb more then that will give me a cushion for building muscle and allow for some weight gain. But I am struggling to lose 1-2lb.

32%???....Makes you realise the inaccuracies of such measurements. Difficult to tell from the photo you have provided, but you do seem of a similar build to me. I guess this shows the importance of taking regular photos and tape measurements. Thanks for your input

Not the best lighting, but I would still guess at about 22% bf. Nowhere near the 10% stated. However, I am healthy, well within my recommended bmi and not far off where I want to be....so at the end of the day I guess those are the important things to focus on.

No i didn’t as I didn’t really look. To be honest my eyes are always drawn to my weight...something that I need to get away from. I can message the girl who did it and ask her how this can be correct...but I just wondered if anyone had any insight into how she would have gotten that calculation
