For me even when I reduce my calories without being practically sugar free it just doesn't work. I guess different things work for different people. Sugar free helps me sleep better and gives me so much more energy. In turn that helps me exercise more and not eat out of sheer tiredness and boredom.

Best thing I have done is seriously reduced my sugar intake. That helps shift the pounds.

I grew up in Ireland and the teachers used to swear at us so I learnt from a young age. Some also smoked while teaching. Now back in England and pretty bad here too. Swearing doesn't phase me at all.

Hello I just joined the gym but I do the classes, I don't know where you are but if they have any Les Mills classes like body attack or sh'bam then they are great workouts. Maybe zumba also. I go alone and nobody takes any notice as they are busy on themselves. I love the classes. With food I just tend to follow healthy…

I am a true believer in not having regrets. I would personally go for it but not until he has ended it with the other person. At the end of the day if you try and it doesn't work out you'll know for sure it is not meant to be. On the other hand if you try and it does then it is. Do you want to spend the rest of your life…

Ya I also have a pair of jeans waiting to be worn, I fit into the before pregnancy but before pregnancy I still needed to lose some weight. I like the BMI goal, that's a good one. Ya i'm debating fitbit as a good one is like 100 quid. Bit much when on maternity leave.

I was thinking of doing it at 7lbs a go to make it more attainable as 54lbs sounds huge. I've been doing quite well since I started Monday, had to really make myself workout today. I'll just make sure I log everyday to keep an eye on those little nibbles jere and there that you don't think count. Great work on the 25lbs.…

I think you can start at any age. I'm 42 and just had my first child in April, am starting a masters in September. I don't let age get in the way. I started here on Monday and need to lose about 55 pounds.
