Without even thinking about it, I walked across the room, in broad daylight, naked, in front of my boyfriend and did not feel self conscious at all. If anything, I felt that he was a lucky man. (P.S. I'm 51)

Starting super late but I'll be on a beach for 10 days at the start of March so this is a timely challenge. Looks like I'll be doing six minutes of forearm plank for the next 10 days. :)
