Hi Gypsy! I started with OTF 3 weeks ago. I try to go M-F. I dont know what my goals are. I know i have a lot to lose, but no idea really how much or how long it will take me. Otherwise, i want to get strong and be a "jogger" instead of a power walker. :)

I think the most important thing is to have enough of your fav foods in your diet that you are happy to keep with it. Ive read quite a bit on the low carbs and reports seem a mixed bag. Weight loss is a really long process. My question to you would be, looking at your current meal plan, can you stick with it for 2-3 years?…
