I don't know about all the calories but here is 2 that's yummy 1. tropical smoothie- Frozen strawberries small bag .. 1can pineapple chunks .. 1bannana mix it all together 2. Dream sickle - 2 cups plain yogurt .. 1 can frozen orange juice concentrated ..1 cup ice
