• As I do, I suggest making batches of cooked veggies and add them to the defrosted meals when needed.

• possibly should be banned... but no, not taxed. We have enough to worry about financially and people do have the right to eat badly if they choose to.

• I try to get 1200 but never do. Now I'm running again so I get a deficit against that number. It's working. Down 49.5-lbs this year.
