  • Depression. I started working out again because I was super depressed from the meds my doctor prescribe me. I also gained weight on them. I wanted to be happy again and my therapist continuously told me to workout to release endorphins.
  • If you are not hungry, then don't force it. I would recommend eating nutritional food tomorrow. The foods you have listed are known to slow down metabolism and store fat.
  • Try HIIT workouts at home. (High Intensity Interval Training) It seriously does work and fast. I typically do 20 to 30 minute sessions but you could do more.
  • Balance. Its all and about balance. Do not cut yourself short of the daily recommendations needed. Carbs give us the energy we need to stay strong minded and alert.
