  • yes I agree possibly water retention which will balance out eventually. If you are concerned take measurements (waist, chest, hips etc) and you will probably find you are still shrinking!
  • Its always about calories, no matter what way you diet if you eat more calorties than you burn you'll gain weight and vice versa. If you are counting carbs however and stay low carb or keto just doing that will automatically reduce your calorie intake. But yes....calories is the king for weight loss
  • Could have been the imbalance of electrolytes for sure and im glad its settled. Did you mean you drank x4 17ltr bottles of water?? or 1.7ltr..... Crikey - I would LIVE in the bathroom on that lol. I struggle to drink enough water if im not training.
