Hi , My name is Renee. I am new as well and want to loose 30lbs. I want to loose more, but lets be realistic I am 54yrs old and 5 "feet 1 ' at 160 lbs. I am not 18 anymore. HaHa. Do you have a special reason for wanting to loose the weight now?
