I would suggest find a personal trainer who looks like you would like to....and get their input. A buddy helped me with that stuff for my goals, which are to shed 20-25 lbs before Jan. You have a big frame which is awesome, so stay on weight training and be a beast !

One day at time and always try to beat your previous day's OUTPUT. You can do it ! Mindset is EVERYTHING ! Use a lot of POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS on U Tube and say outloud each morning or in your car. Program yourself to see your goal and go get it !
