  • Ps. Scales lie throughout the day. Off course it up and down last 10 days. Morning, afternoon, evening, night....all different results. Try hiding scale. Bring it out first day of month, first thing in morning.

  • You got it as long as you was want it girl. Set a realistic health plan, do your best, and be proud of yourself no matter what the outcome. Reward your body with lots of water and plenty of healthy nutrition/vitamins.
  • Single mom here. I know how kids take so much time and energy. After kids and work there not much time left for me or exercising or relaxing.
