I know there are far better options than the chemicals and obscene ammt of caffeine in them. Nothing about them promotes health yet we go to the gym to be healthy. And I disagree with the effectiveness of them. How many people do you know take 2x 3x the reccomended servings... most. Your body adapts to it just like…

I don't think 2 1/2 pounds in a week is drastic I think you will be OK just continue to monitor it and see what your weight-loss is like. Some of it could be water weight some of it might not be.

I just gotta weigh in here really quick. I can appreciate your goals and determination and dont allow anyone here to tear you down. But the only way you would have ANY chance of putting on damn near 30lbs in 10 months (of muscle) would be if you were taking steroids my man. Its just not possible to put on 30lbs of muscle…

What a waste weight gainer shakes are, way overpriced as some tubs are 100.00. 1 or 2 scoops protein powder, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup egg whites, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 or 3 packs stevia, 1 banana, NOW thats a shake

Not to dumb it down but its pretty obvious you'll need a fitness plan and a nutrition plan to follow. Be consistent and you will see results
