  • Yes! I love to snack and drink wine. I’m a teacher and a mom of three and I guess society just makes me feel like it’s okay. But then I feel so guilty because it’s almost all of my daily calories! And usually when I have one glass I need 2 more. I’m definitely going to need to try the water and lemon.
  • Hi there! I am going to add you :) I had to convert stones to pounds and I’m about 11 stones as well. I really want to lose 20 pounds before Mid August. I figured if I lose 1-2 pounds per week I can reach that goal.

Personally, I would focus on logging your calories and doing some kind of exercise 5-6 times a week (you need a day of rest- I usually do yoga on my rest days- nothing too intense).
