I personally wouldn't recommend skipping meals in order to eat before bed. I have trouble with this too, I've had best success with: 1. Brushing my teeth 30-60min before bed, or drinking peppermint tea. For some reason my brain associates peppermint with "no more food", so it helps me not eat anything after that. 2. If I…

Everyone is talking about how eating late at night doesn't have any ill-effects. For me, it does though. If I eat anything high in sugar or just carbs in general, I find it difficult to get to sleep and wake up in the morning tired with a headache. So I guess it's a case-by-case kinda thing.

It is also possible to be allergic to soy. I am, I get nausea, dizziness, headaches and sore throats. Some soy products seem to be a lot worse than others. For me cafe-style soy milk is the literal worst.

Panache make amazing high-impact bras in large cup sizes. Most brands don't make bras in my size, so they are a total lifesaver. Shock absorber also do decent sports bras.
