I could really go for Mexican food right about now... I am on a 30 day detox (day 15 for me, half way there) and have eliminated dairy. soy, gluten and caffeine from my diet. ahhhhhhh tacos

I have gone on a running "date", but it was more like a 5th date type of thing. We both enjoy running and every mile, we stopped and did a few planks, wall sits, squats and push ups so I could take a quick break. He was a lot taller than I so running a 8 minute mile, was not something I typically do when I run on my own!…

Try Arbonne Fizz sticks, they are a great pick me up to start the day and better for you compared to soda/pop. (just add them to water) I used to be a Diet Coke queen, and only crave it once in a while now.

I agree, it is pricey and not sustainable, however, I have done the 24 day challenge on two occasions to help me get back on track and kick my sugar cravings over the past few years. I do like Advocare products and find they work well for me, I lost over 15lbs following the 24 day challenge. Looking back, I do AGREE though…

Vans gluten free pancakes (frozen) with homemade raspberry puree on top (or any fruit I suppose would work) 2 pancakes are 190 calories and the fruit, just throw in a food processor and make like a homemade preserve (a little goes a long way).
