Best way to drop inches?
I have noticed that I'm losing about 1/2 inch off my waist every 30 days for the most part. I set a 1 inch goal at the beginning of last month, but can't seem to do it. Does anyone lose more? How much should you lose in inches every 30 days? How are you guys doing it? Help!!!!
