Move to the moon or Saturn and your numbers would be completely different. It…

Down about 80 lbs so far by eating a little less and moving a little more. Thinking about nutrient partitioning a Poptart as I write this.

I made pizza a lot when I was cutting. Dropped about 80 lbs or so eating pizza once or twice a week. Bought the fresh made dough from whole foods and rolled it out thin. Added my favorites, usually chicken and lots of veggies. Sometimes just vegetarian. A big slice and salad made for a good meal for around 500 calories.

Beyond that, some life hacks - keeping a calendar up to date with due dates so nothing is missed, spare set of keys in case mine are lost or misplaced, etc. - reduce life's stressors. Best wishes in…

I log my United flights as "Boxing Bootcamp". I subtract off time for layovers and time spent at the airport cantinas drinking margaritas. Calories in margaritas I log as "electrolyte replenishment drink"

It's cool that you care about others - good on you! My question: How did you select you avatar? Is it a sketch of you? I love the colors in it, BTW...

I definitely gain weight when I exercise. Seems to really pick up my appetite. So I really take additional care to watch the calories when I get active. I do find the health benefits and enjoyment from exercising are worth while, however.
