Started LCHF (Keto) at the end of June. So far I've lost 12 pounds. This "diet" is the only thing that has worked for me. My system just can't seem to handle anything more than 20 net carbs per day.

I've been on the Keto diet for a little over 2 months. My scale doesn't seem to be showing much weight loss (5-6 pounds) BUT I have lost 4 inches off my waist as well as an inch or two in other areas. I have gone down a size in clothes so I know it is working.

Hi. I started the Keto diet at the end of June but didn't start tracking until mid July. It really does help.

I think it depends on your age also, not just your height. I am 5'3" and in my early 50's. My goal is 140. When I was in my early 20's I was about 120 - 125. I think that is too thin for someone my age who has also had 4 children. But that's just my opinion for my own self.
