I make seaweed snacks out of nori. Each full sheet has 10 calories. 0 fat, 1 carb, 1 fiber and 1 protein. I do add a small bit of oil and salt before I toast them, but it’s better than a whole bag of chips...sometimes.

My advice would to journal/keep track of what you eat and how you feel afterwards. When you have a baby, they often say give the baby the same thing for a few day and see how they do and then start incorporating other foods. It may seem like a pain, but it might help.

Personally, I think some people say things because they think what works for them, will work for EVERYBODY. It doesn’t, everyone is unique.
