To connect MisFit to MyFitnessPal -- is has to be done in MisFit app not MyFitnessPal. Once you connect on MisFit you should be able open the MyFitnessPal app and see the device connected

I haven't been able to sync my MisFit steps since July 11 -- my Misfit app is working great but multiple users are having the same sync issue. No response from Tech support on the issue since July 12 -- very frustrating

I hadn't had data sync since July 11 no helpful response from Tech Support since I replied on July 12. I attempted to reach out to MisFit today to see if they are aware of the issue
