Start slowly, baby steps :) focus on losing 10 lbs, then hitting 350lbs, ect. Keeping your eye on mini goals will keep you from feeling too overwhelmed about it. I have personally found that if Im super strict on my diet I tend to have intense cravings and when I give into them I feel like a failure.
