Most Friday's meal is fish of some sort, using any number of prep treatments, a rice/brown rice/quinoa/couscous, or whatever combination as a pilaf, and broccoli.

I have 1/4 cup (all rounded) of strawberries, and of blueberries, and a medium to large banana all in my oatmeal, which I nuke. My "condiments", like dressings, spreads (except PB), etc. If I know it is wicked high in calories, I do track it.

Cookies in the freezer isn't a determent for my sweet tooth, I'll eat them frozen and let them melt in my mouth.;)
