I have fallen in love with Kell and Daniel from Fitness Blender. Check out their website if you haven't heard of them. I try to work out with their videos Monday through Friday, for 20 to 40 minutes. I also get my 10,000 steps every day. I can't get out for my walk until after the kids get to sleep.

I eat what the family eats. We've had conversations about eating healthier as a family. What helps in our house is to have input from everyone, even the 3-year-old, when I make our menu for the week. If they can tell me what they want, I can make it healthy and they'll still eat it.

I'm 6 foot and just getting started here. I'm not sure what my goal weight is yet. I was 135 when I graduated from high school, and I have no desire to be that skinny again. But, my high school reunion is in September and I don't want to show up at 195. I just want to feel confident in my clothes again.

I'm just getting started here. I'm a SAHM with 6 and 3-year-old daughters. I had a severe ankle sprain in December that kept me off my feet for a few months, and I'm finally pain-free enough to start walking for exercise again. I've got a high school reunion in September that is giving me plenty of motivation.
