Great post misterhub. For me making a choice in the first place is vital. As apposed to what got me here in the first place...Mindless eating. As an example, if DW and I are going to eat out somewhere (rare), we try to find the menu online and look up choices for an idea of what we can or should have. Jon Stereoman on WW
