i have the same struggle girl, i can keep up during the week with my diet and gym routine but on the weekends that am with my boyfriend its hard :( i want to get the munchies all the time with him

i have the same problem, i don't get hungry as often, and i got told the same thing they told you... its bad to force yourself to eat, so what i do its i just take the snack route, i ate little amounts of dry fruit through the day and that helps me boost up my calorie intake without making myself eat and get stomach pain...

eggs, oatmeal, milk, almonds what i do, i eat little portions through the day.. mostly snacks since i dont have enough time at work to sit down and eat, mostly i eat like oatmeal bars, bananas, frozen fruit, all that can help to dont starve yourself and make it harder on you

am a beginner and am trying to get abs and lose stomach fat, one of the best exercises that had help me a lot is leg raises, alternating leg drops, flutter kicks, reverse crunches, oblique crunches, and planks a lot of planking B)

Am a beginner here, but as far as I know you'll get more definition on your muscles if you do intermittent fasting ... more when you're small and you want to get muscle without getting forcing yourself to eat..
